About Us

Our humble beginning includes having gained a wealth of experience through different market segments of construction.

At some point, we began finding ourselves working within food and manufacturing facilities repeatedly. Specific trades began to surface; all of which, go hand in hand.

We began by installing insulation under roof diaphragms to increase roof R values; Later, moved to structurally reinforcing roof framing to support bigger and heavier rooftop air handler units; then, also began patching roofs for new air conditioning curbs; we eventually became a licensed HVAC contractor; Lastly, many clients needed honest pricing and reliable workmanship within cold storage construction.

We have the capacity to serve our clients as either a prime contractor or to serve under other general contractors as a sub.

We prefer to get involved early in the design process to collaborate with our clients or prime contractors through the Integrated Project Delivery model/method where we can get involved early and offer our expertise in any of the above-mentioned specializations through collaboration.
